A Place for Moms is a small group that meets in the homes of members for a time of friendship, conversation, and growth. Your kids can be any age (but you must arrange your own childcare). This is space for moms to join together child-free to build friendships and grow in faith!

BUM Runners & Walkers, Saturdays, 9AM
A drop-in opportunity to join a group of encouraging and supportive runners and walkers who gather and BurkeUMC and carpool over to Burke Lake.

Cards of Comfort, Wednesdays, 9:30AM-11:30AM
A creative group that meets weekly in Room 10 “The Workshop” to create handmade cards that are mailed to people on our prayer list. Join us any time!
PrayerShawl, Wednesdays, 10:30AM-Noon
A knitting & crocheting group that meets weekly in Room 6 “The Well” to make prayers shawls that are used by our pastors and care teams when they visit. Join us any time!
Yoga with Anna, Thursdays, 7-8PM
A drop-in opportunity to learn or practice yoga in an encouraging atmosphere. Wear loose clothing. Suggested donation: $5
Art Group, Fridays 10AM-Noon
A drop-in opportunity to gather with other artists and create. Bring your project and supplies!
United Methodist Men, 3rd Saturdays, 8AM
A drop-in opportunity for men to enjoy breakfast, program, and fellowship.
Care Teams
People who assist the clergy with hospital, nursing home, and home visitation. Do you have a caring heart and a willingness to occasionally visit with someone? Training available! Contact Karen Evans.
