Immigration enforcement has changed dramatically in the United States under the second Trump Administration. Traditional and social media cover the changes extensively, but typically in short, superficial snippets that only convey the latest event or statement. If you are confused about immigration law and legal status, you are not alone!  It is incredibly complicated, including for migrants, immigration officials, and the courts.
