Director of Children & Youth Discipleship (Full-Time)

Burke UMC in Burke, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Director of Children & Youth Discipleship to plan, coordinate and lead all children and youth ministries from birth to 12th grade.

 

This involves recruiting and supporting volunteers, strategizing with leaders in our four core areas of discipleship (Worship, Learn, Care & Share), and creating and embracing a vision for children & youth ministries to develop our children & youth into strong disciples of Christ as they become adults. Burke UMC is a welcoming congregation of all people and is seeking a collaborative, affirming, and strategic leader to help our growing community. Health benefits are included.
