Lead Preschool Teacher (5 Day Program)

We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to join our 5-day program.

​

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

​

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities

• Creating a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment

• Supporting social, emotional, and academic growth

• Communicating effectively with families and staff

• Working collaboratively with the preschool team

Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education preferred

• A loving, patient, and creative approach to teaching

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain​​​

Preschool Teacher Assistant (3-Day & 5-Day Programs)

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our preschool team supporting both our 3-day and 5-day programs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (varied days depending on program assignment)
 

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about supporting early childhood development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting lead teachers in daily classroom activities

• Assisting with classroom management and supervision

• Helping prepare learning materials and activities

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment

• Communicating kindly and professionally with staff and children

 

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred

• Positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong communication and reliability

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

BUMP Preschool is looking for caring, reliable substitutes to help out when our teachers are unavailable. Flexible hours, a warm environment, and lots of smiles from our little learners!
