BURKE UNITED METHODIST PRESCHOOL:
For over 30 years, BUMP has provided children with their first school experience, using an age appropriate curriculum that encourages a love of learning and creative thinking. Children are provided opportunities to examine, explore, discover, inquire, investigate and problem solve.
They are encouraged to express themselves through art, dramatic play, and conversation. To learn more, click here.
Register your child to be a pen pal with a "Seasoned Citizen" member of Burke UMC. Kids will be matched with a "seasoned citizens" so they can write to one another and make a new friend! Contact Katie Glick if you're interested in finding out more information.

JUMP will include sharing time, game/play time, prayer, and some months a hands-on mission project. In order to make JUMP happen we need parent volunteers! Children of all ages are always welcome in worship! Beginning on July 11th we are excited to introduce a new seating option during worship for our BUMC families…The Wiggle Room! The room that we have called the Reflection Room at BUMC (that is connected to the sanctuary by a door, has windows looking into the sanctuary, and a TV that broadcasts the service as it is happening) is being transformed into a space that will be welcoming to families who have members who may need some wiggle room. The Wiggle Room will have engaging activities for infants and toddlers, books and coloring sheets for preschool aged kids, and sensory activities for kids of all ages. While we love to have children worship with us in the sanctuary, this room will be an option for families who would like to worship together in a more relaxed setting. We can’t wait for you to see The Wiggle Room!
Acolyte Training: Coming this fall
Coming back this Fall we will have the opportunity for our 3rd thru 6th graders to acolyte during worship. We will update families when we have an acolyte training scheduled.
CAMP MISSION EDGE:
