ELECTION RESOURCES FOR FAITH COMMUNITIES
We’re 100% Voting!

Don't forget that 2023 is a key election year! Every single seat in the House of Delegates and State Senate is on the ballot in November. As people of faith, it is important that we vote our values, which is why our congregation has committed to being One Hundred Percent Voting, in collaboration with the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy.

We are blessed to live in a democracy where we can vote. As people of faith, we are called to use our blessings and the power we’ve been given to help our neighbors and make the world a better place. Voting is one way we do this.

Voting is one of the many opportunities we have to live into the teachings we learn in the Bible, such as the following guidance found in Isaiah 1: "learn to do good; seek justice; rescue the oppressed; defend the orphan; plead for the widow."

Please read this page and explore the links to help us live into our commitment to being a 100% voting congregation!
